MIC5166YML-TR Overview
Shipments can be made in the direction of Cut Tape (CT) .It is packaged the power management in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 10-MLF? for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as DDR Terminator and others.It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, the power management uses 2.5V~5.5V voltage.Alternatively, you may search for MIC5166 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions for your specific needs.A power managment ic with 10 pins is available.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.An input voltage of 1.6mA is required for this power management ic to operate.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 1.6mA .Total outputs supported are 1 .There is an output voltage of 450mV .Temperature higher than 125°C is not recommended.It cannot be operated at a temperature lower than -40°C .
