There is greater flexibility with the 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 5.5V~16V.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.Under its base part number MIC4605, various related parts can be found.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.At the time of design, it is configured with 10 pins.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 108V.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 16V.This device operates at 5.5V as the minimum supply voltage.A voltage of 1.9V is output by this device.
