For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~32V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number MIC4479.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2.5A volts.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.
