A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its PDIP package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Through Hole is the way it takes to mount the device.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A.150°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, 18V is the maximum supply voltage.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.1.5A is the current that it outputs.
