A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its TO-220-5 package.A package of Tube has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration is based on 5 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4420.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.When designing, the device is configured with 5 pins.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.There is an output current limit of 6A for this device.The basis of the model has 1 outputs integrated.An output current of 6A is supported.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 2W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
