Its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~18V.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4225.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.The maximum output current can amount to 4A.The basis of this model has 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.
