A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF? package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number MIC4128.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A that can be achieved.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.For operation, it requires a voltage of 20V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
