The 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Input type of Inverting is used.It's configured with 8 terminations.Under its base part number MIC4123, various related parts can be found.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 3A.Mosfet driver ic is not possible to exceed 3.5mA when the supply current is being supplied.
