MIC3839BMM Overview
Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2V~14V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Frequency Control, Ramp which allows efficient switching control. MIC3839 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Supplier dc dc controller package for this part is 10-MSOP.
