This harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.65V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 6A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. In the particular voltage regulators, the MIC23603 family is represented. At 3.6V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. 20 pins are used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 650mV volts.
