MIC2185YM-TR Overview
Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.9V~14V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 400kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "MIC2185". In total, switching converter has 16 pins. A duty cycle set at 100 % ensures voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-on and power-off.
