MIC2184BM-TR Overview
With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 2.9V~14V volts and has 2.9V~14V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 400kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
