MIC2176-3YMM-TR Overview
The switching controller fits in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 4.5V~75V volts and has 4.5V~75V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator.
