MIC2166YMME Overview
With a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.5V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 600kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator.
