Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.5V~28V and has a 4.5V~28V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Searching "MIC2165" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
