MIC2150YML-TR Overview
Capsuled in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 24-MLF? package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~14.5V volts and has 4.5V~14.5V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start. Searching "MIC2150" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. 24 pins are on switching converter. It's important to remember that the dc dc regulator's normaloutput current is 4.2mA, so you should note it down when starting a new project. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 80 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability. Ideally, dc regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. At a temperature around 125°C degrees Celsius, dc regulator should be running. There is 24-MLF? (4x4) dc dc controller package associated with this part.
