Its 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~10V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.-20°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration starts with 16 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number MD1822.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 16 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.According to its maximum power dissipation, 2.2W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.
