MD1730T-V/M2 Overview
It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.Among other applications, this power management targets Ultrasound Imaging .It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to 0°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts.Search MD1730 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power managment ic has 36 terminals.In order for it to come up, the ic supplies must have at least 2.35V .There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltage greater than 2.65V .It is also possible to discover ALSO REQUIRED 5V, 10V SUPPLY NOM when using this integrated power supplies.
