There is a package called 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) which contains real time clocks, and you can find real time clocks there.Tape & Reel (TR) is the way time clock is packaged.A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is supplied to this electrical RTC.This electrical real time clock has the type Clock/Calendar.A part of this electronic RTC module is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The temperature should always be kept at -40°C~85°C to ensure safe operation.When operating, electronic time clocks are possible to ensure that Alarm, EEPROM, Leap Year, Square Wave Output, SRAM, Unique ID, Watchdog Timer are maintained.With 14 terminations, transmission lines have the characteristic impedance of the RTC module terminating them.A voltage of 5V is applied to this electronic component.A total of 14 pins are equipped with the RTCs.There are a family named MCP795B11 that consarets of the RTCs .Its supply voltage is 1.3V~5.5V.This part is included in Timer or RTC.It should be noted that the RTC times embed a memory of 64B which is usable for storing programs and data as well.Real time clocks' output frequency should not exceed 10MHz.For powering the real time clock, a power supply with a voltage of 2/5V is used.Additionally, it has ALSO OPEARTES AT 1.8 V MINIMUM SUPPLY AT 3 MHZ.It is designed with 8 bits.
