There is a package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) that contains real time clocks.The package is in the form of Tube.The supply voltage of this electrical RTC is 1.8V~5.5V.Electrical real time clock type Clock/Calendar.The real time clock (RTC) that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount is connected to this circuit board.There should be -40°C~85°C operating temperature.When operating, Alarm, EEPROM, Leap Year, Square Wave Output, SRAM, Unique ID, Watchdog Timer can be ensured.In the case of 14 terminations, transmission lines have the characteristic impedance of the terminating RTC module.This RTC real time clock is powered by 5V volts.A total of 14 pins are attached to this RTCs.The family in which RTCs belongs are MCP795B10.The supply voltage of this electrical digital time clock is 1.3V~5.5V.In Timer or RTC, you can find this component.RTC times embed a memory of 64B for storing programs and data.The frequency of real time clocks' output should not be higher than 10MHz.The RTC module is mounted with mounting type Surface Mount.There is a power supply of 2/5V used to power the real time clock.14 pins are attached to it.There are also ALSO OPEARTES AT 1.8 V MINIMUM SUPPLY AT 3 MHZ characteristics.Digital time clocks with 8 bits are designed for this application.
