In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 14. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 5V battery. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. There are 14 pins on this chip. In terms of input offset voltage, operational amplifier rates 4.5mV. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges -40°C~85°C. Using a supply current of 100μA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. Op amp is a member of the 112dB's 112dB family.
