Capsuled in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThis dc control operates at 4.5V~30V and has a 4.5V~30V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. It can switch at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
