As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. There is a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 500mA output current.
