Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP14E4.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A gate driver in this series is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
