Its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number MCP14A0155.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.
