A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.You will find various related parts under the base part number MCP1416.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.5A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 150°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.
