This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be ECL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 800MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 4.75V~5.5V.
