The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 994-BCBGA, FCCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. K0°C~105°C TAw what the operating temperature is around 0°C~105°C TA. From the MPC86xx series. This CPU is cored with a PowerPC e600 processor. It has DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. This microprocessor features interfaces DUART, HSSI, I2C, RapidIO. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. The total number of terminations is 1023. Using a 1.05V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. There are 32 bits in its architecture. A maximum supply current of 1.1V can be achieved by the microprocessor. With a 64 width external data bus, this CPU has a wide external data bus.
