MC74VHC4316DR2G Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 2V. The switch device would be able to operate with 40μA current. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 12V. A dual power supply should have at least 1V voltage attached. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. The electronic component can function from 3V. A 4 input needs to be operated.
