MC74LVXT4066M Overview

It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~85°C TA. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. 40μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Analogue multiplexers require a 2V~5.5V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. Put voltage above 4μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. Operating voltages range from 5V.
