It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.Among other applications, this power management targets LS1 Communication Processors .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C TJ .The power management works at 2.8V~4.5V voltage.It has received much praise because it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR analog integrated circuit.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 450μA .
