It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 32-SSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at System Basis Chip as well as for other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction.This power management uses 5.5V~28V voltage for work.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 2mA .
