Tray is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation.Surface Mount, Wettable Flank is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as High Performance i.MX 8, S32x Processor Based and others.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~105°C TA to avoid mal-function.As a result, this power management is powered by 2.7V~5.5V voltage.You can find 56 terminals of the power management.This analog IC has received a great deal of praise as a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog instruments designs.It can perform a wide range of demanding tasks when powered by 5V voltage.In order for it to come up, the ic supplies must have at least 2.7V .It is important for 12 channels to work together in order to maintain a high quality output.Voltages greater than 5.5V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
