Ready for shipping the power management in Tray package.A convenient transport package is provided in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount, Wettable Flank is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.This power management targets at High Performance i.MX 8, S32x Processor Based and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~105°C TA in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at 2.7V~5.5V volts.On the power management, you can find 56 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received lots of praise.When powered by 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.To start it up, the ic supplies will need 2.7V at least.For the output quality to be maintained, 12 channels work together.In addition, you should not supply the power supply ic with a voltage greater than 5.5V .
