It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .packaged the power management in 48-LQFP Exposed Pad for ease of transportation, it is easy to transport.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.There are a number of applications targeted at System Basis Chip .Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction.For its operation, this power management requires 3.5V~28V voltage.On the power management, you can find 48 terminals.The instruments designs is highly regarded as a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog IC.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 7mA .At least 3.3V will be required to start the ic supplies.To maintain the quality of the output, 3 channels work together.Voltages greater than 5V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
