Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.The configuration is supported by 4 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 5.5V~28V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Its configuration starts with 20 terminations.The base part number MC33883 refers to a number of related parts.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.The interface IC is referred to as FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There can be a voltage up to 55V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on unique technology, ALSO REQUIRED 5.5V TO 28V can also be provided.
