Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 64-LQFP Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as Solenoid Controller and others.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~125°C TA in order to prevent malfunction.It works with 5V~32V voltage.You can find 64 terminals of the power management.It has received high praise as a ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC.When supplied with a voltage of 5V , this power ic can perform a wide range of tasks.In order for the ic supplies to operate, it will require at least 4.75V .The power supply ic should not be supplied with voltage above 5.25V .The manage ics belongs to Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
