There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 14 terminations over the past year. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins.
