The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient transport package is provided in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.This power management targets at Processor and other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .This power management uses 2.8V~5.5V voltage for work.On the power management, there are two 48 terminals.It has received much praise because it is a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog integrated circuit.The power manager is supplied with 3.6V voltage and is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.A minimum of 2.8V is needed for it to start.10 channels cooperate together to maintain the output quality.You are not supposed to feed the power supply ic with voltage higher than 4.5V .The IC speciallizes itself in certain areas along with OTHER SUPPLY VOLTAGE=3.7 V TO 5.5 V .
