This device is supplied in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The device contains 1terminations. Packaging is based on Tape & Reel (TR). Having been designed as a member of the 10EPseries, it is well suited for use in a wide range of applications. Divide-by-2is adopted as the logic type. -40°C~85°Cis the recommended operating temperature. In this case, it is mounted with a Surface Mounttype. When a supply voltage of 3V~5.5Vis provided, it can operate with greater reliability. Each element in the array stores 1 bits.
