MC10EP195FAR2 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 32-LQFP package can be used instead. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 1024 taps and steps. Terminals are located at QUAD. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 32 termination. The supply voltage of 3.3V is provided when operating. Its logic type is ACTIVE DELAY LINE. Developed on the basis of advanced ECL technology. The minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V, it is acceptable to operate it. The compound is a key component of the 10E family. As a result of its NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE= -3.0V TO -3.6V and other specific characteristics, it is well suited for a wide range of applications.
