As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, CML, NECL, PECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
