As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML, NECL, PECL. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Providing a maximum frequency of 1GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~5.5V.
