MC100LVEL34DR2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 16 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. LVDS, NECL, PECL is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
