MC100H646FN Overview
28-LCC (J-Lead) case is available for the cut smart buffer. In case Tube, the cut smart buffer is available. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 80MHz. There are 28 terminations in it. Supply voltages of 5V enable high efficiency. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution). To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to 0°C~85°C. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 4.75V~5.25V volts. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There are 28 pins on timeing clock. There is an output of TTL. During operation, 28 pins are used. It is a member of the MC100H646 family. The circuit clock is contained in Clock Drivers.
