The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). The 32-LQFP package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C.
