MC100EP196BFAR2G Overview
The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 32-LQFP package is able to eliminate the need for this. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 1024 taps and steps. It is placed at QUAD where the terminals are located. The system is equipped with 32 terminations for a unique configuration. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. It is logically typed as ACTIVE DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced ECL technology. The minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable for it to operate. If the maximum supply voltage is 3.6V, the system should be able to operate. As a result of its large NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE=-3.0 V TO -3.6 V and other specific characteristics, it is well suited for use in a variety of applications. As part of the 100EP series, it is one of the most important electronic devices on the market today.
