Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
