A 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. Tape & Reel (TR) is the form in which it is packaged. A total of 8 terminations are present in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are considered to be safety components. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C in order to achieve reliable performance. In order for it to function, a power source of 3V~5.5V V must be available. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. 8 pins are present on timeing clock. There is an output of ECL, PECL. A 8 pin is used for operation. This is a member of the family of MC100EP11. The clock divider is located in Clock Drivers. Vsup is set to 5.5V as the maximum supply voltage. It is recommended to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V to ensure normal operation. By default, the output is set to 4. There is a -3.0/-5.5/3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. A electronic part of this series belongs to the 100EP family. You can also get NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE = -3.0V TO -5.5V when you use this gadget. It maintains excellent accuracy at a frequency of 3GHz.
