MC100E107FNG Overview
A 28-LCC (J-Lead) package is included. In this package, we have included the Tube package as well. This product is available in Surface Mount. It is equipped with a full-functioning Differential output. It uses the XOR/XNOR Gate logic communication type. At -40°C~85°C, operating temperatures have been extended. The inputs are all 10 Input (2, 2, 2, 2, 2)-based. It is part of 100E series. A 4.2V~5.7V power supply is used to operate the device. An additional feature of this part is that it has 28 terminations. There is a 28 pin jointed to it. Normally, the part needs a voltage of 5V. The circuit is based on 5 basic. Starting up this device requires 4.2V or higher voltage.
